Called dealership weeks earlier to explain what I needed done. Individual on phone confirmed they could do the work and I scheduled appointment. I can coming in from out of town so timing was key. When I arrived, I again explained what was needed and they again assured me it was not a problem and took keys and directed me to the waiting room. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, I went out to the service area an spoke to the advisor to see if I could get an update on the when the car would be ready. The were very pleasant and said if I returned to the waiting room, they would check and have someone come out and speak with me. After another 15 minutes, someone did come out and tell me that in fact they could not do what I was looking to have done. When I asked why would the person on the phone say they could when it was not true to which the individual responded that I had not spoken to her which while true was not helpful. I proceeded to take may keys and left the dealership. I proceeded to another dealership who was able to resolve my issues. More

Purchased 2015 Odyssey yesterday. Chelsea was fabulous. Went way out of her way for me as the vehicle I wanted was at another location.
