When scheduling my service for the CRV and HRV and all the Accords and civics over the years service has always been very good, Since Craig Lippy has been MY service adviser I wood have to say good is too weak. Craig's service, attention to detail and professionalism rates 99.9 (only because nothing is perfect). Craig will explain all that is found during the inspection and ALWAYS give you the option to have the work done or not. His opinion is valued a great deal. He is truly an asset for your organization. The ladies, sorry i don't know their names, who first raise the hood and check fluids and the ladies servicing the lounge area are also 5 stars, Pleasant, and always checking to make sure the patrons are taken care of. Commendations should go out to all as well as the technicians who take such good care with the vehicles keeping them safe and clean. The new text update and video service is a great addition to the service area. More

I went in for an oil change and at the same time they looked over my entire car and informed me I needed not only an oil change but my transmission fluid needed to be corrected and flushed. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No one gave me an update on the status of my vehicle. After 90 minutes I did receive a text telling me that they would keep me updated on my service. No one gave me an update on the status of my vehicle. She said they were short staffed on Saturday May 7th and asked me not to give a bad review because it wasn't her fault. More
This was a first service, Al the service manager took care of us. Our appointment was at 9 am we were in and out before 9:45. Al took time to explain some functions that we didn’t quite understand. I brought my Ridgeline in for an oil change and routine maintenance on 4/18/22. Hannah Hamedi was amazing! She assisted me in finding a quiet space to work (I'm an attorney and had zoom court while I was maintenance on 4/18/22. Hannah Hamedi was amazing!
