First of all I want to say that my service advisor Hannah Hamedi was wonderful. She was very efficient and explained everything to me. I'm NOT a fan of the new way the service department operates now. In Hamedi was wonderful. She was very efficient and explained everything to me. I'm NOT a fan of the new way the service department operates now. In the past the service the advisor would communicate with you in person but now the preferred method is by texting. I did go and speak to Hannah when I received a text that I did not understand and as I said earlier she was always kind and helpful. The whole concept seems disconnected to me. I have a service advisor that is literally a few steps away from me and we are communicating by text? The service department (in my opinion) does not operate as smoothly as it has in the past. I had an appointment and still I was there for over 2 hours. I have never waited that long in the 5 years I've been going there for service on my 2017 Honda Accord that I purchased at the dealership. These concerns may have an impact on where I purchase my next vehicle. Thank you, Don Bowman More
