I worked with Brian T. Super nice guy. My experience at Autonation was good. I went in on a Saturday and test drove a car and filled out the application, got approved. Super nice guy. I couldn't pick the car up until Monday because they had just got it in and it needed to be detailed, which was fine with me. Brian text me on Sunday and let me know that Monday my car would be ready. The finance girl was really nice too. Everything went really smooth. I would recommend this dealership. Thank you Brian T. This place has gone downhill and most recent interactions have been the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. One star is being generous after the way I have been treated here. They have ye have been the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. One star is being generous after the way I have been treated here. They have yet to honor extended warranty for door lock actuator clearly listed as covered and per my contact with the warranty admin only needs them to properly document and resubmit. Numerous phone calls and even in person visits have not resulted in any response or action.Complete lack of communication Do Not Recommend. More
