I was having my Honda Pilot serviced with Ken for approximately 8 years, to my total satisfaction. I now lease a Passport and my Service Rep was changed to Craig. I had my first service last week and approximately 8 years, to my total satisfaction. I now lease a Passport and my Service Rep was changed to Craig. I had my first service last week and I am equally as pleased with Craig handling my needs. He was courtious and informative answering my questions. When we leased the passport in September 2021, CJ Lewis promised me a complementary detailing, and that was handeled to complete satisfaction. My car never looked so good. Hanieh Hamedi was excellent in communicating after our state vehicle was towed to AutoNation of Clearwater. While the repairs exceed the vehicle value, which was expected, it was decided we would surplus state vehicle was towed to AutoNation of Clearwater. While the repairs exceed the vehicle value, which was expected, it was decided we would surplus or vehicle. Still Hanieh maintained communication throughout the process of having our car towed away. I specifically bring our state vehicles here because of the quality of service, speed of service, and overall great team work. I will be back, just with a different vehicle next time. More
