WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! GO TO A DIFFERENT HONDA!! Salesman was Trey and manager of the dealership is Chase. Trey never called me with updates on my car they sent to the factory to add leather I paid an extra $1300.00 for. I had to call about 7x to find out when I would receive my brand new car since nobody would tell me what was going on. Trey left me on hold one time for 20 minutes where I can hear everyone in the background, but actually LEFT WORK and left me on the line until I hung up to speak with a manager which was Chase. Chase was awful as well. Never followed through with what he said he would. They DROVE my car around and put 466 miles on it when it only had 11 at the time of purchase and did not tell me they would be using my miles.. Then never got my car to me after 4 promised times and did not even clean it up for me, so it looked like crap with dirt all over it. Finally got my car after missing my MRI I told them I had to have it for, which they didn't care, and I wanted my wash, wax and detail in writing from them. They promised me they would at least give me a full tank of gas after driving my car. Finally delivered my car at 7:45pm with an empty tank of gas and no voucher for the detailing. Called them again after being so patient and nice about everything and got Chase on the phone and told him what happened. He said I am "so sorry" and he will mail me out a $75 gas card and the voucher for the detailing and I would have it by that weekend. the wknd went by, I had nothing. Called them the next week to follow up. Spoke with Chase and he said "Sorry I am busy, so I forgot, but I will do it today". Unacceptabe. I gave him another chance, the next two days still didn't have it. Called again and I was given the same excuse. I said he has to get it to me no later than Friday of this week, Chase said not a problem. I didn't get it.. I called Chase again to find out WHAT IS GOING ON. He told me, I am just very busy, so let me get your address (for the 3rd time) and I will get it out if it has not gone. He is the mngr so he should be on top of this porivding customer service, after bribing me with an extra $25 in gas for a 10/10 review.. Funny. He told me he couldn't see if the card and voucher went out because then he would have to trouble himself and go through all the mail. At this point I had it. I told him that he better look through all the mail while I was waiting on the phone because it has been 3wks and I still have nothing they promised me, just 25k taken out of my wallet. Chase then had the nerve to tell me he wasn't doing that and hung up on me. I then had to call the corporate office and tell them my god awful expereince and it was taken care of within 5 minutes and overnighted to me. I hope that Chase and Trey are reprimanded for their awful service and I will never be using that Honda dealership again. I really wish I could write about my whole experience, but there isn't enough characters to do so! They're lucky. More

Absolute best experience in purchasing a vehicle. G2 made the process quick and easy and got me in the exact vehicle I wanted! Also have to give a huge shoutout to Mr Pope in finance for working his magic for us and getting us the payment we wanted! Absolutely in love with my 2014 Honda Civic!!! More

His first words had nothing to do with how much money I was prepared to spend or what kind of payments I could make. After the test drive, we discussed different options, which were presented as options--not things I had to have. As we talked about the car and the dealership, I had the distinct impression that I could leave at any time with no problem. I wanted a salesman to showcase the car and explain its features without pushing me into a sale--and that's what I got. In fact, the relaxed atmosphere his demeanor created made it easy to forget I was in a dealership. We had a friendly chat but at no time did I feel I had to do anything. We finally discussed the price of the vehicle. Although I had not planned on buying a car, the combination of a good car, great salesman, and reasonable starting price led to make an offer--which was accepted. Indeed, the negotiation was smooth, free of tension and gimmicks, and all together easy. Even though I did not have access to my bank on Sunday, I was able to take the car home. The trade-in of my old car was just as easy and I had no issue getting the price I wanted for it. Greg has a winning style of dealing with people that works, and his responsiveness to the customer does not end with the sale. Robert Cameron More

I WILL NEVER GO BACK I have taken my car to Carl Gregory Honda for two oil changes in the past with no problem. I noticed that their price for an oil change, even with c I have taken my car to Carl Gregory Honda for two oil changes in the past with no problem. I noticed that their price for an oil change, even with coupons, was a little pricey but no complaints due to seemingly good service. ...at least not until this past Friday (October 31st). On October 31st I received a recall notice for airbag inflators on my car. Naturally, I called the closest Honda dealership, Carl Gregory, to schedule an appointment. I was able to set up an appointment to get, but was told that there was a possibility that my car would need to be kept in the dealership overnight. This posed a big problem for me because I would have zero transportation to pick my car up when it was finished. I voiced this concern to the rep I was on the phone with and she said that Carl Gregory Honda does not have a loaner car program (very shocking) but they will work with enterprise to get me in a car. After I got off the phone, it hit me that enterprise is a car rental service and that by her saying "they would get me in a car" it dawned on me that I would more than likely need to pay for this. So, in an attempt to call back and get clarification on the enterprise car program, I tried calling the Carl Gregory Service Department with the number listed on the website. My attempts were in vain. I called this number FOUR times without an answer. I even left TWO voice mails. I saw on the website that they have live chat. This was totally useless because the chat is through the sales department and all they did was provide me with a number to the service department. I called this number TWICE and received no answer. So that’s a total of SIX ignored phone calls from me. The next day (Saturday November 1st) I tried calling the service department again. I called TWICE with no answer and left a message. By this point I was very frustrated to say the least. I began thinking what kind of business is this? How can you have a department full of employees with no one available to answer a phone? At this point I considered cancelling my appointment with Carl Gregory and going to the Honda Dealership in LaGrange. However, LaGrange is over an hour away from me so I decided to go through Carl Gregory. Due to the fact that no one was answering after I have called a total of EIGHT times, and my appointment was scheduled for Monday (November 3rd) at 10:30, I decided to drive out to the dealership (20 minutes away from my home) to be sure that my questions were answered. When I got to the dealership I spoke with Cindy and she was very helpful. My service Consultant, Roy was not in so she took care of me. She answered all of my questions and signed me up with the courtesy shuttle service. I also told her that I would not have transportation to pick my car up in the event of it having to stay overnight. She again mentioned the enterprise car program and told me that I would have to pay for the rental car. I told her that I refuse to get a rental car if I had to pay for it. She then told me that they may be able to do a pickup although they regularly don't. Monday (November 3rd) at 10:30 I dropped my car off and was greeted again by Cindy. She told me that for my model, they would need to inspect the airbags and determine whether or not they would need to be replaced. This inspection takes 4 hours. She said that at 3pm they will call me and let me know if the airbags needed to be replaced, if so the car would need to stay overnight. As Cindy was finishing up my paper work, she called out to Roy, and said "Roy! Say hello to Ms. Grady, you’re her service consultant." Roy didn't even look up from his computer screen. He just gave me a very somber "hi." Cindy told me that the next shuttle service was at 11:05 so I waited in the lobby until then. At 11:01 I checked my phone and saw it was close to 11:05 so I got up and go over to Roy. I approach his desk and he says nothing to me. I say “excuse me. I am supposed to catch the 11:05 shuttle, where should I go?” He looks up at me and says "well there's the driver leaving now." I followed behind the driver and got in the car and realized that if I never got up, Roy would not have told me the shuttle was leaving and I would have been stuck at the dealership waiting another hour!! At 3pm I was expecting a call from the dealership letting me know about my car's inspection. At 3:05 no call, at 3:15 no call. Finally at 3:30 I call Roy's direct line TWICE and get no answer, so I left a voicemail. I call Cindy's direct line TWICE and leave a message and get no answer. I call the service department number THREE times and get no answer. I go on the live chat with Shannon Kane and I express to her my need to get in contact with someone from services. She gives me a number and pretty much says she can’t help me then leaves the conversation. I call this number and finally get someone, Yasmin I believe her name is. Yasmin tells me that the car will need to stay overnight and that they have ordered the parts. I tell Yasmin that I don't have transportation to get my car when it's finished and ask her if the shuttle service does pickups. She says no. At this point I am down right pissed because they do drop offs but don’t do pickups... what sense does that make?! After stressing this issue to Yasmin, she says that she will attempt to do a pick up. Later that evening, at 6:32pm to be exact, Cindy returned my call and left a voicemail saying "Hey Ms. Grady this is Cindy with Carl Gregory. Listen, they did order parts for your car today and Mr. Roy is your advisor. I just took your information to help him. And I got a big note here that you will need a shuttle back... IN GREAT BIG LETTERS, and then I've got this phone number here that you gave me…so anyway he will call you as soon as he gets you done. Thank you very much Cindy with Carl Gregory." When I dropped my car off, she told me that they would call me at 3pm. However, she doesn't call me until after 6:30pm!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !! This situation has been EXTREMELY stressful. I have never in my life received such AWEFUL service. The lack of communication between the employees and customers is downright pathetic. Make no mistake, I do not blame the employees. I blame management because the employees are a direct reflection of their managers. I for one will NEVER EVER be back at Carl Gregory Honda! More
Outstanding Sales and Service I recently purchased a new 2015 Honda Fit from Carl Gregory. The Salesman (Mike Chittum) and the General Manager (Bill) were outstanding. Bill is a d I recently purchased a new 2015 Honda Fit from Carl Gregory. The Salesman (Mike Chittum) and the General Manager (Bill) were outstanding. Bill is a down to earth guy. I worked in sales at a few dealerships myself, and Bill was very personable and engaging which is not exactly common for General Managers. It was an excellent sales experience and I absolutely love my new Fit. Now to the service department. My Daughter also purchase a used Honda Civic in the last week within a few days from my Fit purchase. She bought the Civic from a private party. We brought it to Carl Gregory to get it throughly checked out. Yasmine was our service writer and Josh was our mechanic/technician. Well to sum it all up, the car (being a 97) had some serious problems that needed to be fixed. Josh took us to my daughter's vehicle and showed me and my daughter the items that needed to be repaired. He was patient and took his time giving us in-depth explanations of the repairs which were in fact needed. Well, what could have been very painful experience was turned into an excellent experience indeed. Yasmine did her absolute best to work with us as as the repairs were quite considerable. Josh was a huge help and I am totally pleased with the care we were given. I don't have enough good things to say about Yasmine and Josh. They will be talking care of our Honda's in the future. Carl Gregory has earned my business and I will refer other people to this dealership and more specifically to Mike in sales and Yasmine and Josh in Service. Ask for these people specifically if you are not sure who to go to at Carl Gregory. The rest of their staff was courteous and friendly. Oh, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Steve in Parts. He was also a huge help through the entire process and he went out of his way to cut a key right (which wasn't exactly easy) due to the old wore out ignitions switch. Yes, Steve was excellent. You get the idea, and here it is day 6 and I still don't have my truck but they have my mustang I traded in. I got a little loaner car that is terrible and I keep getting the run around of oh well we'll call you blah blah blah. I JUST WANT MY TRUCK ALREADY!!!!! I MEAN I AM EXPECTED TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON SOMETHING THAT I DINT EVEN HAVE IN MY POSSESSION!!!!! More
