This review is only for the service dept since it’s our only experience with this dealership. We set up an online appt for service. We chose the 2:30pm option. When we got there, they told us it was too la only experience with this dealership. We set up an online appt for service. We chose the 2:30pm option. When we got there, they told us it was too late to have the car serviced - which was to put the plug in the computer to see what codes it gives you. We had some sensor warning lights and check engine lights as well as a low tire pressure light on dashboard. All tired had been checked and all tire pressure was correct. At this dealerships service dept, they said all they can do is check tire pressure - which I had already done and do an oil change which is not needed and actually takes longer than clearing the codes in computer. So, they should have not offered us a 2:30 appt and told us to go in earlier. We could have. Instead we had to leave our car over the weekend. When I asked about a loaner car, we were told the manager wasn’t there and inky he can sign off on loaners. How is a manager not there?? Since they screwed up giving us a 2:30 appt that they couldn’t honor and screwed up by not having a manager there, we had to pay over $75 to rent a car and we were terribly inconvenienced. All they did was clear the codes in the computer which took a few min. But everything was done to their convenience - not the convenience of the client. I may recommend the dealership to buy a car because Hondas are good cars in general. But the service dept had little service to offer and seemed very low rate. Lexus and Toyota definitely have better service in MY experience. More
