Took my vehicle in without an appt because issues came up on dash. I was greeted promptly. My service rep, Fidel, kept me updated via text. Walked in to have my car serviced. NO one acknowledged me. Not even the service manager who never looked up and was out of uniform. That was my second time dealing with the service dep NO one acknowledged me. Not even the service manager who never looked up and was out of uniform. That was my second time dealing with the service department and the service manager has not been in uniform and is always on her phone not recognizing customers when they come in. Finally I was asked by 2 employees and then received some assistance. I said I would NEVER use AutoNation Honda again, the first time my service was bad. You guys need to focus on customer service it’s truly important. More
I was impressed by the curtesy of the person who attended to me and his understanding. The environment was friendly and the fact that they took me in immediately even though I was scheduled for later was awe to me and his understanding.
