I found the car of my dreams at the price I can afford. They really worked hard for me to get it done. I’ve been trying for over a week to get assistance with the failing paint on my Honda Civic purchased here. I’ve contacted Jacob Hicks, the manager, and his team—72 hours later, I’m still waiting for any r the failing paint on my Honda Civic purchased here. I’ve contacted Jacob Hicks, the manager, and his team—72 hours later, I’m still waiting for any response. Instead, I’ve been sent to other Honda locations, none of which could help, only to be told to go back to the same manager no one seems to know or connect me with. The call center doesn’t have clear information, I’ve been put on hold and hung up on, and the dealership refuses to even inspect the car. As of today, this issue remains unresolved, and I’m still waiting for a call back. If you value your time and want straightforward service, I would look elsewhere. More
