This was my first time buying a car, and overall my experience with this dealership was mixed. Janet in sales was great — friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Ivan in the service department was also polite and tried to help when I brought the car back in. The finance process could have been more thorough. I wasn’t clearly told what percentage the bank approved to finance the car, which would have been helpful as a first-time buyer. After purchasing the car, I noticed it had a different tire and was making a noise. I brought it in to be checked but never spoke directly with the technician. The tire was not replaced because the car was not certified, and while I was later told the tire was safe since it has the same tread as the others, this could have been communicated more clearly from the beginning.
