I was promised 3 things would be fixed when we purchased my HRV. They had my car for 3 days to fix the items. The first day you are assigned a Service Advisor. This did not happen. Strike 2. I called at 4PM to check on the status of my car, she was shocked that no one had reached out to me. At 5PM I got a call from an advisor saying he put in the paperwork to have the items approved by the protection plan. I said what are you talking about? He said it had to be approved by the protection plan I bought. I explained I did not buy a protection plan that these items were approved by sales to be fixed when I bought the car. So they wasted an entire day by not assigning an advisor then when they did processing it incorrectly. Strike 3. So I said they could keep the car another 2 days if necessary to get the items fixed. When I picked up the car, 2 out of 3 items were fixed to my satisfaction. The 2 paint chips that were supposed to be filled in and then painted were just painted. The chips are quite noticeable they are just now white. I was told by the Service Advisor that this is just the way they fix them. We told him that is not what we agreed to with sales. Ok Strike 4. He said we would have to talk with our Sales Finance person. I left multiple messages for our Sales Finance person on multiple days, no response. He has not returned any of my phone calls. Strike 5. After my first review with Dealer Rater I received the above email saying "The staff at AutoNation Honda Roseville take our reviews very seriously. Our General Manager would like to help turn your experience around. If you're willing, please contact our GM at (916) 467-8056 to discuss what we can do to help." So I called the GM today and left a message for him to call me. Let's hope he has the courtesy to return the call and complete the work in the way that it was promised and that this won't be Strike #6 against AutoNation Honda-Roseville. (Strike 1 is in my review above)
