Usually I would give a 5 star rating but I brought my CRV in to have the cluster replaced and maintenance service with an appointment for 7:20 AM. I started calling and texting to see if the car was ready at in to have the cluster replaced and maintenance service with an appointment for 7:20 AM. I started calling and texting to see if the car was ready at 4:00 PM. I had great difficulty reaching anyone to see if the car was ready. Finally at around 6:00 some one responded to my many messages and said the car had been ready since 4:00. I depend on others to drive me to the dealership so had to disrupt their dinner to get a ride. This is the first time I have had anything negative to say about the service I receive. Generally, I have had excellent service at Roseville Honda. More

Although it was stated that I will be waiting for service in my vehicle, it took 2.5 hours for an Oil change, I wished I would have been told so I could planned accordantly, also I was asked if I would lik in my vehicle, it took 2.5 hours for an Oil change, I wished I would have been told so I could planned accordantly, also I was asked if I would like my vehicle to be washed, I said sure, when my vehicle was returned, it was not washed which for as long as it took I was hoping the vehicle would be washed upon return. Terrible. I had them replace the air bags as a recall and then do a free inspection. They completely forgot I wanted the inspection when they called and told me it was ready for pick up. I was told the inspection would take no more than an hour, which still fit my schedule. I arrived at the dealership and waited for 2 hours before they got my inspection finished after they kept assuring me for the past hour that it’ll be done “any minute now”. When I received the inspection report- nothing you couldn’t already see yourself. It took them 2 hours to tell me my tires were good, brakes looked ok, air filter was ok and my battery held a charge. Absolute waste of 2 hours. They proceeded to have me wait 10-15 minutes in 110 degree heat while someone pulled the car around. Never using the service department at this dealership again. Because of all this I was late for work( which I communicated to my service advisor, Andrew ). More
I enjoyed the sales team. They were very helpful and had great communication about the ETA of my car. They answered any question I had with kindness. However, I had a terrible experience with the finance office. My experience with the finance manager Bianca was okay at best. She was nice, but with the addition of her manager AJ, they were very inconsiderate toward what I wanted. AJ was borderline predatory, if not just outright predatory. I had to say no about five different times to the extended warranty. I understand that is part of the job, however, I let them know due to my budget and my future I did not want to spend a minimum of $4-$10k on an extended warranty. They made statements like "don't come back in two weeks when your windshield is cracked" or "don't be like my mom." It seemed condescending and made me very uncomfortable to the point I almost said that I will pass on the car and wanted to walk out. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone, or want to come back, due to that experience alone. It also seemed that the car was poor quality by how they were selling the extended warranties. I have a FIAT that I was upgrading from to a Honda based on safety. Bianca made statements like "Hondas were reliable cars ten years ago, but now with the technology I'm not so sure." It made me feel as though it wasn't as safe or reliable anymore and maybe I should purchase a different brand like Toyota instead. However, I wouldn't want it to reflect poorly on the sales team either since I had a perfectly fine experience with them. The only stars I am giving are for the sales team. More
