I have been a dedicated customer to AutoNation Honda Roseville dating back to 2014 as they have always given me exemplary service, knowledge, and expertise each and every time. I have purchased two vehi Roseville dating back to 2014 as they have always given me exemplary service, knowledge, and expertise each and every time. I have purchased two vehicles through them and have always gone here for periodic oil changes and other necessary work done. I had an incident during the afternoon of Thursday 08/04/2022 where my vehicle wouldn't start! In this situation, I had to have my Honda Accord towed to the dealership. I arrived around 6:15pm (15 minutes after the service department closed for the day) but fortunately, one of the supervisors took my key and I told him the reason why I was dropping my vehicle off. Jump forward the next day on Friday 08/05/2022 and my service advisor, Jimmie Le (whom I have worked with for several years) took care of me. Not only did he quote me on an ETA (which was that same day) but he gave me options whether to choose an aftermarket or an OEM (new) starter. I opted for the OEM as it is more of a flawless piece which will not give me issues or unknown codes later on. By 4:00pm that day, my car was ready for pickup. Not to mention, it was given a wash and started as good as new. xxxxxxto Jimmie Le for his amazing customer service as well as the employees in the service department of Autonation Honda Roseville for getting my Accord back on the road in a quick and timely manner.
