He communicated everything that would be done to fix the issue and it was done in a very timely manner--that day even. He worked very hard to do this for us as this Honda is our only means of transportation, we live quite a distance away from Roseville, and we really didn't have the means to rent a car that day. Everything and more was completed and we felt safe and comfortable to drive home. Joey is very friendly and willing to make his customers happy. The facilities are very clean and comfortable with quite a few places to eat nearby. We highly recommend this facility, especially Joey. More
