AutoNation was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our service rep, Andrew, was friendly, very knowledgeable & honest. Took my car in 3 times for hearing a grinding sound when i would start the car they told me they havent heard anything and dont know what it is took it back again complaining they found the problem axel war i would start the car they told me they havent heard anything and dont know what it is took it back again complaining they found the problem axel warn cost money upset because been taking my car there since i bought it they could not find anything which up set me my car is a 2014 with 67000 miles there should be no problems on a honda. Had to have my husband call to complain finally give us a little discount. I feel its the dealers fault and i had to pay for it More
