Although I had never met Samantha before, I very quickly began to appreciate my good luck that she would be my Service Advisor. She conducted all of the preliminary paperwork in a very professional and friendly manner. She explained all of the work that would be conducted on my car and answered all of my questions regarding the service on my car. After the service was completed, she once again gave me a detailed explanation of the work that was completed on my car. Samantha is a 5-Star Service Adviser. I’ve only been here once, and the experience was good. It would be excellent if I could get my car faster. But there were at least 3 service advisors available, and my car was done. That’s the only problem I had. I chose to wait for my car and it was done in a good amount of time. It was just sitting and I had to wait for my service advisor to be free, but she was the only one handling every customer. Kudos to her though! Samantha did excellent! More
