Honda representatives were helpful during my visit and my request request was taken cared of in a timely manner . Also I was offered a complimentary safety check but refused to get it done on same day bec my request request was taken cared of in a timely manner . He kept excellent communication with us and provided us with the best customer service. Between our sales rep and the finance manager, Bianca Martinez, the entire process was smooth and painless. On 07-25-22, I drove my 2018 Honda Odyssey into “AutoNation Honda Roseville” for a routine service. Samantha Rugne was assigned as my Service Advisor. Although I had never met Samantha before, I “AutoNation Honda Roseville” for a routine service. Samantha Rugne was assigned as my Service Advisor. Although I had never met Samantha before, I very quickly began to appreciate my good luck that she would be my Service Advisor. She conducted all of the preliminary paperwork in a very professional and friendly manner. She explained all of the work that would be conducted on my car and answered all of my questions regarding the service on my car. After the service was completed, she once again gave me a detailed explanation of the work that was completed on my car. Samantha is a 5-Star Service Adviser. I plan to request Samantha as my Service Advisor on my next visit to AutoNation. Bill Doss More
I’ve only been here once, and the experience was good. It would be excellent if I could get my car faster. I do understand it was busy, and I don’t know how their system works, but it seemed like there wa It would be excellent if I could get my car faster. I do understand it was busy, and I don’t know how their system works, but it seemed like there was only one service advisor handling everyone. But there were at least 3 service advisors available, and my car was done. That’s the only problem I had. I chose to wait for my car and it was done in a good amount of time. It was just sitting and I had to wait for my service advisor to be free, but she was the only one handling every customer. Kudos to her though! Samantha did excellent! More

David was very pleasant and helpful during my recent visit to get an oil change for my Honda CR-V. I also explained to David that I thought there was some sort of a leak in the front, and he made sure visit to get an oil change for my Honda CR-V. It ended up being a loose connection on something, and now my leak is fixed too. Everything was ready within the 2 hour estimated time. More
