I just had my Ridgeline serviced and the service I received was top notch. It was my first oil change on this car and I was assigned a service advisor named David. I am always concerned about the service advisor because they can make or break a trip to a service department. David proved to be as good as any advisor I have ever had, and I have had plenty. He greeted me quickly, did not talk down to me, which I hate it when they do that because I probably have more experience with cars than a lot of them. He kept me informed and moved my car quickly, so quickly in fact that I wound up getting done before I could get someone to pick me up. I generally do not like to wait around, but this was a great experience. When he texted me, as he said he would do, I went right down the stairs and we walked out together as my car was coming out of their car wash! Very impressed, David made the difference in my opinion. More

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. The salesman Hayden was very, very knowledgeable of the cars I was looking at. He was able to answer any questions I had without hesitation. I really appreciate that he made a genuine interaction with me and my boyfriend. I felt his demeanor was less like a salesman and more like a friend selling me a car. I absolutely love the service and the car I bought. I would recommend everyone to come here and work with Hayden. As for the financial service manager Westley, he was very friendly and took his time with us. I appreciate that he was trying to meet all of my needs at a price that I was comfortable with. Several poor customer service issues. From both key fobs not working, scuffs on outside and inside of brand new car, dirty floor mats on a brand new car. Service was due to schedule an appointment to program key fob, 2 weeks have gone by and not a word from them. Lack of knowledge about car functions from technician who was showing the car and lack of interest in caring about problems noted above. The sales manager was also over an hour late for an initial meeting for a scheduled meeting. The only quality customer service was from Garry Neighbors. Garry seems to be the only staff concerned with getting things right. More
