We purchased a new Honda Accord recently and we’re impressed the whole transaction. I bought a Honda Accord about 3 months ago and about a month after purchasing the car it sputtered and broke down on the side of the freeway. I brought it AutoNation under the assumption my warranty would month after purchasing the car it sputtered and broke down on the side of the freeway. I brought it AutoNation under the assumption my warranty would cover the costs. I was told I needed about 5 new parts (valves and coils and spark plugs and a new tensioner belt) and the total came to around $2000 for my "pre certified" car. I called this dealership and they were not apologetic at all...actually the sales man (Wesley Stewart) tried rubbing it in my face and said "this wouldn't be a problem if you bought a better warranty" basically blaming me and rubbing it in my face because he's mad I didn't buy his warranty. A few days ago...the car broke down AGAIN...after I paid for the "repairs". So basically within 3 months of owning this car it has broken down twice and this dealership refuses to help in a meaningful way...honestly it seems like they could care less. Overall, I will never trust this place again. They sold me a completely broken and messed up car that was suppose to be pre-conditioned and pre-qualified. I also tried to speak with the manager and never heard from him after leaving voicemails and emails... More
