Rather than receiving a callback, I received an appointment email stating a date and time to bring the car back in. When I arrived for the appointment, they had no record of the appointment and said the work would need to be scheduled the following week. I showed up the following week, but they said they would have to order the part and I would have to schedule a new appointment. I reminded them they had the part and had told me to come back today. The agent talked to the service manager and found the part. The work done on the vehicle was good, but the communication with the service agent and service manager was poor. More

They have kept our CRV in good shape, but they had a shuttle service before the pandemic and they didn't start it up again. This leaves me stranded at the dealership, because the CRV is the only vehicle shuttle service before the pandemic and they didn't start it up again. I was very happy with my leasing experience however, 3 months after getting the brand new HR-V, the AC blew out. It caused a huge inconvenience to me and I hope it was just a freak mechanical issue and months after getting the brand new HR-V, the AC blew out.
