The pricing of the vehicle was excellent and we enjoyed the "1price" no haggle experience. However, 5 days after purchase we found that the car needed $2400 in repairs despite the "No worries, we've inspec the "1price" no haggle experience. However, 5 days after purchase we found that the car needed $2400 in repairs despite the "No worries, we've inspected it" guarantee. Was on the phone with autonation for a total of 2 hours over 3 days. Received all types of misinformation and that my repairs weren't covered under the warranty I received. 2 separate managers never called me back after saying they "will make this right, I will call you later today". Ended up taking the car to my local Chevrolet dealership, NOT autonation, and they were able to submit a claim on behalf and it did in fact end of being covered under warranty - misinformation for the win! Loved the price of the car, customer service sucked and no one ever had any clear answers. More
