We have been very happy with Honda, Loved the 2014 CRV and also have a 2005 Accord with over 305,000 miles and still dependable! We Decided to go for a Hybrid. I was down to the Toyota Rav 4 and the CRV EX-L. We drove both cars and the Honda seemed roomier and a smoother ride, we also liked all the features and Specs. Oh, did I mention My Wife Loved it! I did the Costco Auto Buying Program and they sent me to AutoNation Honda I called most Dealers in the area (Auburn, greater Sacramento). Now, with the supply shortages and whatever other influences happening in these times, the good old days of "Wheeling and Dealing" for a super price are Gone! We got in contact with Peter Sobczak at Roseville AutoNation Honda and he was great to work with, he explained how the buying process would work and an approximate time to receive our new CRV. We chose the model and color from a list of " to be built" CRV's" form Honda in around mid January. Their price was Great, well for these times. Roseville AutoNation charged just under $1,000 over MSRP and that included an option package of full all weather mats and the door edge and handle clear protective film, I would have wanted those anyway. Other dealers in the area were three, five and ten thousand dollars over MSRP ! Our CRV Hybrid finally arrived and we went to check out our CRV Monday March 21st. The Sales Contract Process was equally smooth. AJ was through and respectful of our time, no high pressure tactics. he explained the contract and the additional warrantees available. We did choose the 7 yr 75,000 mi plan at a fair very price. We've had the car for 2 weeks now and I keep finding new things to like, We are very happy with our decision to buy the Hybrid CRV and with AutoNation Honda of Roseville and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Honda! More

I brought a used Honda Accord that we were considering purchasing and I was very impressed with the level of service. Andrew our service advisor was very service oriented and honest. My experience has not purchasing and I was very impressed with the level of service. Andrew our service advisor was very service oriented and honest. My experience has not been great in the past with the service department at other dealers. I also was impressed at how may people asked us if we were being helped when we were waiting for Andrew. We are purchasing the car and I have an upcoming appt to get some of the things repaired that the technician and Andrew recommended. I hope my experience is the same. More
