No system to get costumer in and out fast. You only deal with the one costumer service advisor that is assigned to you. I was first in line ahead of two costumer and the advisor just passed me. Once again I appreciate the fact that my appointment was at 7:40 AM and it began soon after that. My service advisor, Darius, kept me well informed of a possible delay since one procedure took quite a while at 7:40 AM and it began soon after that. Obviously I cannot speak to everyone within the AutoNation Honda family, but Ares, our salesman, and Wesley, our finance specialist, were great. Ares was very calm and helpful through our selection process, and Wesley was very straightforward and helpful through the whole paperwork and finance process. Ahsan was very helpful and made it easy to get my car. He would text me updates about when my car was expected to arrive and seemed just as excited as I was.
