Purchased Honda CiviC new on 01/19/2022, Peter was good in updating the status of the vehicle and providing the best customer service possible, but when i was asked to get into the finance department they in updating the status of the vehicle and providing the best customer service possible, but when i was asked to get into the finance department they wanted to push to sell their product no matter what. Oscar (one of the finance manger introduced) was very unprofessional using the words like "your are cheap" because did not buy any additional products. After brining that point he apologized but i believe he needs to be trained well. Because of this reason my rating with dealership is below average. Gave rating of 2 and 3 star because of great service provided by sales team Peter. More

This is the best experience and hassle free. I will strongly recommend this dealership. This vehicle is our 5th Honda vehicle. First one Honda civic 1987, donated to Red Cross. Second 1995 Honda Odyssey, we still own it. then 2000 Honda Civic EX, still own it and I drive it and it has 362K miles on it. Then 2014 Honda EX-L CR-V still working great. Finally this CR-V Hybrid.
