I've been at this since May 2021 and it's now Dec. And It's hard to contact anyone there via phone or email. Nobody returns my calls. So buying a car there is fine, but if you run into any hiccups afterwards forget it. You'll be the loser in that situation. BUYER BEWARE! More
I have had some decent experiences at the Dealership and some disappointing. I always make my appointment on line via the Honda App, I specify what I want done at the service in the app when I book the app some disappointing. When I arrive at the dealership, I typically have to explain what I want done at least 2 more times... ff. What is the point of making the appointment on line, providing the details if I have to tell them 2 more times what I want done... I could see the service representative validating what I want done - that makes sense - but it is as if what I entered on line is not transferred to the local dealer. Prior to my most recent appointment I noticed that the lug nut key was not in the glove compartment as I was going to replace the windshield wiper reservoir, which had been damaged by rodents soon after I purchased the Vehicle at this dealership. The lug nut key was not in the glove box. Keep in mind I purchased the vehicle at this dealership and have not taken the vehicle to any other repair shop to be worked on -- just Roseville Honda. I asked the service agent if they had a lug nut key as somehow the dealership was rotating my tires in the past... First the agent suggested I could buy a new one for around 20 dollars - which is about what I found it on line for on Amazon... but, the fact is, I bought the car at this dealership, and it has only been at the dealership.. There is only one place the lug nut key could be if not in my glove box.. The Agent said next time I come in I should ask about it, but in the mean time - I should look on line if I needed one.. That was a bit disappointing.... to top it off, I did get my brake fluid changed at the service, and for the first time ever, as I am driving home, my brakes start squeaking, which they have never done before... So, you might understand my 2 star rating.. I did not even mention the time that I brought my car in for a oil change and tire rotation and the agent sent me back home because the oil life expectancy was only at 30%, so he said they won't change it until it get's to at least 20%.. True story... Oh, and one more... after the 3 times I told them what I wanted done, they added changing the cabin and air filter -- NIETHER of which was what I requested.. my take away is they are doing whatever they can to make $$.... as soon as I hit my 72k, I doubt I will ever go back to this dealership for anything, would you? I hope the feedback helps improve the processes at Roseville Honda. More

By chance, stopped by the Honda dealer to "look"at an Accord or SUV. I was lucky enought to meet a female salesperson who was very knowledgeable, soft sell and accommodating.
