I would buy 1 million cars from Stefan and,I would follow him dealership to dealership just to get that level of service every single time. I had to part with a car that I was very much attach to do to a lifestyle change and work reasons and I only was Stefan very compassionate about this process for me but, He also went above and beyond to find me a car that I would equally fall in love with. And I will say I was not easy because I had a lot of things I needed and many reservations especially with the nature of my work. Stefan rose to every challenge never ONCE losing the smile on his face or level of workmanship. To be honest after three days of trying to find the perfect car all I can remember is the laughs, support and reassurance Stefan provided. AutoNation Honda - Roseville, CAHORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AutoNation Honda - Roseville, CA HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience with this Honda dealership. Today is 10/01/2021 and I am still waiting on my $3,000. AutoNation Honda - Roseville, CA HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience with this Honda dealership. Today is 10/01/2021 and I am still waiting on my $3,000.00 trade-in equity check over a transaction that happened 8/21/2021, so OVER 40 DAYS AGO !!!!!! Since 8/21/2021, I have called the dealership & AutoNation few times , received a bunch of apologies and "We are very sorry !" but nobody showed any desire nor interest in solving my issue. It was explained to me that the check will be issued as soon as the dealership receives my traded-in car title but they had no desire to process the residual value payment to Honda until 9/15/2021. Well - HOW ARE YOU GOING TO RECEIVE THE TITLE AND PROCESS MY EQUITY REFUND IF YOU DON'T PAY THE RESIDUAL VALUE ? AutoNation Honda Roseville - run fast and run far from this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update - as of today, 10/1/2021, I was finally able to get some updates from AP Department in AutoNation's Corporate office and that only because I kept calling. As my last lease payment covered period up to 8/31/2021 and AutoNation made the residual value final payment to Honda only as of 9/15/2021, they are planning to subtract the fees (including late fees) for period 9/1-9/15/2021 from my equity. ARE YOU GUYS KIDDING ME ?? Do not give your business and hard earned cash to these people. There are so many other Honda dealerships around Sacramento, CA, go anywhere else and steer clear of them or AutoNation . I LOVE my Honda but this dealership is something else. Oh, almost forgot - this was the 3rd car my wife & I leased or purchased from them. Loyalty is being seen as weakness, no doubt ! But no more ! The only reason they are getting one star is because that's the minimum !!!!! More
