James H is my service advisor. Without warning, I showed up and wanted a diagnosis and price for the shimmy in the front end. Oh, by the way James, my A/C just went out! I was thrilled!! He told me he must replace the 2 front rotors because they are too far down and can’t be smoothed over! Secondly, he would put a couple guys on it right away and get everything done - immediately! My friend and I waited & before long, it was finished! And he gave me a good price.
