They must of been having a bad day as I was waiting 3 hours for a service and I had an appointment. Not only that, I got tired of waiting and went to look for my advisor but he left for the day. There we hours for a service and I had an appointment. Not only that, I got tired of waiting and went to look for my advisor but he left for the day. There were only three advisors present and all busy. Once I was spoken too, they took another 30 minutes to find my paperwork and close my service account. This may sound weird but I usually feel cared for, important. This time no customer service and I was just a number. I can go anywhere for that and pay a xxxx of a lot less. More

It was my birthday the day I brought my car in due to the maintenance light coming on (indicating an oil change is due). Nick Cannon was my service advisor, he was amazing from beginning to end. He had a great personality, very friendly and cheerful, even wished me a "Happy Birthday" and added a tire rotation (as a birthday gift). The service was completed in a timely manner and they even washed my car. This is what you call a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, going above and beyond. Putting your CUSTOMERS first!
