Sammy is always extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to explain the service process and requirements and keep me posted about the vehicle's progress throughout the service. He explains the service needs and results clearly in language a layman can understand. Even short-staffed on a Saturday the service was completed in a timely manner. Sammy is one of the reasons I drive 80 miles from home to have my vehicle serviced there instead of closer to home. Sammy always greets me as though he remembers me personally (among the hundreds of other faces and cars he must deal with) and makes me feel valued as a customer. More

I took my car in for service because all the sudden my ac was not blowing in a brand new 2021 Honda CR-V. Sami was my tech. He was super caring and told me that he would get to the bottom of it. Told me he w was not blowing in a brand new 2021 Honda CR-V. Sami was my tech. He was super caring and told me that he would get to the bottom of it. Told me he wasn’t gonna to let my kids and I sweat anymore! He said the car would probably be done around noon. He called at 10:30 am to say car was ready for pick up! You are lucky to have such a great tech. He made my experience great! More
