We were looking for a specific car of other model and make (minivan) they had in stock but upon arrival he informed us it had just been sold. He walked us through alternative choice (Honda vehicle), shared some very helpful informations as well as giving us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle. All that made it easier for us to make a decision to go for it. They reserved the vehicle for us for a few days for us to come back ready. The day of purchase, from application filling to completing the financial signatures to taking the vehicle home, everything was quick in and out, under 2 hours. The financial guy is very knowledgeable and to say the least, those we encountered at Honda with the whole experience was friendly, knowledgeable, and everything was done without pressure.
