AutoNation Honda Let Me Down responded

The GM was nowhere to be found or was too busy to contact me directly when I was dealing with this trade-in issue. There were so many back and forth calls between me and my sales rep, finance department, and the dealership( 16 to be exact) not once did the GM reach out to me or take my calls directly. As a matter of fact, after receiving this notification, I called to the dealership to speak to the GM and to no surprise, it went to voicemail. My feelings haven't changed about this place, or the management team. Inaction is the biggest form of action.
