The first part of my appointment was very frustrating I waited 1 hour and 30mins. Before I finally got a adjuster to help me. Auto Nation Honda Roseville has a terrible service department if you value your time. Took forever to check in for a warranty repair/recall and they said they would call when the truck was done that a department if you value your time. Took forever to check in for a warranty repair/recall and they said they would call when the truck was done that afternoon. No calls from them and when I tried calling just got voicemail (2 times) then was told they were closed. I had to wait until 2 days later to get a ride to pick up my truck. Would not recommend them.
