Our sales person was very pleasant and didn't seem to mind my 100 questions (or more). Thank you Autowest Honda for making this a great experience from the beginning to the end. Not a good car buying experience at all. They offered me an obscenely low amount for my trade in. The sales guy tried to tell me my car rated "fair" by KBB standards but could not tell me what the KBB defin an obscenely low amount for my trade in. The sales guy tried to tell me my car rated "fair" by KBB standards but could not tell me what the KBB definition of "fair" is. After finally offering me a more reasonable trade in price they tried to make it up with an exceptionally aggressive (and sometimes rude) effort to sell me extended warranty protections. When they finally delivered the car the salesman gave me only one key. When I asked about a spare key, the salesman shrugged his shoulders and said "that's all we have, sorry." He then told me I could get one made for about $250. I then went in and asked about a spare key pointing out that I have never bought a car and been only been given one set of keys. The salesman then came back and told me that if I had friends buying cars I should send them to him because he was going to get me a spare key made and was "doing me a favor." Really???? So, they finally deliver the car - with less than !/4 tank of gas - nice. These guys could learn to practice a little more courtesy and understand that it's the little things that make the difference. I will only recommend this dealer to people I don't like and I will be sure to never go back. More

I bought my 2004 Honda Accord at this dealership and have had good service ever since. I have worked with Greg Letherman in the service dept ever since I bought the car and have had very good service. Greg had good service ever since. Greg has helped me set up appointments that best fit my schecule and has worked well with me. He has always explained what the service entailed and also if there were any problems. We were narrowing down our choices between the Accord, Camry, and Nissan, we came here to look at the Accord. We walked up.....nothing. Stood around for a about five minutes, walked by the civics and the hideous crosstour, couldnt find the Accords. Still no salesperson, we go inside and approach the receptionist. She calls some little man, didnt get his name as it took only a few minutes for me to dislike him completely. He STUNK Of cigarettes, and seemed to have trouble listening. We stated we wanted to test drive an Accords EX witn Navigation and V6, which is what we would be purchasing. He over and over tried to get us to drive an accord without those things, no no no. He didnt even have one with navigation on the lot, at this point I am not liking the vibe of this dealership at all, when Jimmy Super Fly Snuka sales manager comes over. He tries every tactic to get us to stay, drive a used car, drive a civic its like an Accord, no, here is our number. If you read the yelp reviews here you can see why, doesnt look like many people have a great experience here. Just slimy and pushy. NEXT! More
I took my car in to have an oil change while we were on vacation. The oil change went well, but since my visit I have received tons of paperwork from the dealership and obviously from third parties with w vacation. I have asked them several times to remove my name and address from their mailing lists, but they ignore my requests and since they shared my name and address with others (extended warranty companies, for example) the mail just keeps increasing. If you don't mind getting tons of junk mail, by all means have service done at AutoWest Honda-Roseville! More
I bought a brand new 2005 Honda Accord EX fully loaded. They were great to me at the time of purchase. Then, 20 thousand miles later, my car broke down. I had to have it towed in, and they didn’t do anyt They were great to me at the time of purchase. Then, 20 thousand miles later, my car broke down. I had to have it towed in, and they didn’t do anything! They didn’t even want to work on it that day! I am under the age of 21 and they didn’t want to give me a rental car either. They didn’t make me feel at ease, or calm, in fact, they upset me more! Finally about five days later, I got my car back. When I went to the service manager and asked him to guarantee his work, he wouldn’t! I ended up calling the Manager of AutoWest Honda and telling him. All that he offered me was to pay for the costs to repair my car. When I told him that it was under warranty and there were no costs, just frustrations, he said that there was nothing more that he could do! I would NEVER recommend going to them for anything! The Roseville Auto Mall is a joke, along with their employees, and “customer service.” More
