The service representative did not seem to know what she was doing. I told her I hav Honda Care and she tried charging me $900 for a 30,000 mile maintenance check. She had to ask someone else how to apply t was doing. I told her I hav Honda Care and she tried charging me $900 for a 30,000 mile maintenance check. She had to ask someone else how to apply the coverage. It took about 20 minutes for her to figure it out. Ended up I owed nothing. The next day after service was done the low tire pressure warning came on. I took my car to American Tire to have the tire pressure checked and 3 of the tires had 25 psi. Way too low. I don’t know who filled my tires but they were clearly incompetent as well. Terrible service all around. I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership. I don’t think I’ll be back. Have a terrible time whenever I try and use my cosmetic wheel warranty as well. I brought my car in to have 2 rims repaired and they did all 4. Now I have 2 less wheels covered. More

Attendant Samantha was very cold, lacked knowledge about car maintenance. She had no eye contact or personality to make sure everything is taken care of not goes above customer service.
