I contacted Ray about purchasing a Honda Odyssey, after seeing what selection they have online, we found one we liked and he explained that we could reserve it which we did(which by the way didn't include seeing what selection they have online, we found one we liked and he explained that we could reserve it which we did(which by the way didn't include any money down). We drove about 2 hours to look at it with the intention of purchasing. I was a little worried that the one we chose might not be there or that someone elses would have purchased it before we got there. But when we arrived, the Honda Odyssey was sitting out front with our name on lot. We liked it and ended up purchasing it. The pricing was right and everything was easy. No back and forth haggling. The purchase process for me has always been painful due ot so much waiting and explanations and endless options that they want to show you/sell to you. If I had any feedback it would be to streamline things so it is less painful and faster. More

The guys in the service department were amazing. Despite my original service tech being out sick, I was quickly approached by another who checked me in quickly and professionally.
