I am totally disappointed about this time of service. After the routine servicing, I went home garage straight and then found a crack at the very lowest left corner bottom of windscreen. Went in for oil change and spark plug/valve train service. Got back a car that had a check engine light and oil pressure light on. Opened the hood to find that the radiator reservoir was just laying service. Got back a car that had a check engine light and oil pressure light on. Opened the hood to find that the radiator reservoir was just laying on top of the engine and the air filter was only secured with two screws (two were missing). It took another day to get the car back and was only offered a tank of gas as compensation. More

My salesperson was outstanding. Although I recognize there was a computer malfunction that resulted in a higher volume of customers on the day I purchased my new vehicle, the purchase process took entirely too long. I was in the dealership for approximately 5 hours and I paid cash for the vehicle. That’s entirely too long and the longest I have ever spent and this was my 30th new car purchase. The post sales process, where the Due Bill accessories were installed went poorly. After leaving the car at the dealership for 7 hours I returned to find not all of the accessories were installed, and accessories not on the Due Bill and not desired were installed. The vehicle was also washed against my request, and was returned wet with numerous water spots and in a worse appearance than when delivered 2 days prior. This required the vehicle to have to be kept overnight and I did not receive it back until approximately 3 pm the next day. More
