Getting the service appointment on the ;phone was very difficult and frustrating. They desperately need to have a person answer the phone at the dealership service department. Set up appointment for oil change. The waiting area is neat, comfortable seating & wi-fi access. It did take a while for the service to complete and the agent left for lunch. When I finally found the agent at the desk, took some time to get the paperwork. The filters were marked as recommended for change and that I had declined the service.
