Older car in for airbag recall. Recall letter states 2-3 hours for job. Made appointment for 08:00. Asked service advisor about how long. He stated "a couple hours". By 2:00 I'm starting to wonder and called- "service advisor is with another customer, I'll have him call you back". He called back at 4:30 "car is done". When I arrive to pick up car, I had to wait almost 20 minutes. Asked another one of the advisors not helping customers to assist but my advisor "hasn't printed the paperwork yet". No one can help. It seems my service advisor is the only one who can help customers at this point and has a line 3 deep while others are decorating the area for Christmas. I feel this was an opportunity for the dealer to prove themselves and gain more business from me as a warranty customer but the apathetic employees and complete disregard for my time guarantees I'll go elsewhere. More
