Had a 8:20 oil change appointment. Was told it would be done by 10:30. Waited at dealership for service to be completed. 11:00 and no update from service advisor. Checked with advi Was told it would be done by 10:30. Waited at dealership for service to be completed. 11:00 and no update from service advisor. Checked with advisor and he went to go check to see if car was done. Turns out they just started to have it serviced and said it would be another 45 minutes because they were busy on Fridays. I couldn’t wait because I had to go pick up my kids from school at 12. I live in El Dorado Hills and I would be late if I had waited for the service to be done. So I wasted 3 hours of my day and nothing was done and now I have to go back. I can understand if I had dropped by with no appointment but I already had a pre scheduled appointment because I had other things to do that day. Very disappointed. More

I had a car that was having issues and Jim, general manager said he could help me. I put 3300 dollars down for a down payment. My payment is 666 a month. Should've been a sign. One month after I got it, the check engine light came on. I tried to take it back down to have it looked at but they were "too busy." Car then started overheating. Found out the engine had a recall, which was NOT disclosed in my paperwork from AutoNation. Called and spoke to Lemar who was rude and told me to get a lawyer. Car has a blown head gasket, part of the recall. Jim said he did me such a favor, but how is it a favor if I'm stuck w a car that is affecting my business? They took 3300 hundred dollars and again, I'm a single mom. I could've put that on a used Honda. They simply do not care and if you're a woman they will mistreat you. Absolutely one of the WORST experiences of my life. Thanks for nothing. LIARS SOLD ME A CAR W A RECALL THEN TOLD ME IT WAS LEGAL YO DO DO. IS IT ALSO LEGAL TO LIE ABOUT IT AUTONATION????? More

This is the best service department. I had my 2011 CRV and now my 2022 CRV serviced here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's a long commute for me but it's well worth it.
