Needed oil change. Made an appointment in advance. Checked in, was told I will wait one hour. By end of hour two. Checked with the rep. He said they are done and gettin Made an appointment in advance. Checked in, was told I will wait one hour. By end of hour two. Checked with the rep. He said they are done and getting paper work ready. End of hour three, he said they are working on it. At three and a hour hours, Just looked and me angrily and bluntly stated they are busy! I couldn’t take it anymore. Next day, I went to Maitas( no appointment). Took me 1.5 hours. Perfect service from Maitas. More
