Joey was my service advisor. He was very professional in handling my service. Even though the work was complex, he was able to get everything completed in one day. I two issues. He was very professional in handling my service. Even though the work was complex, he was able to get everything completed in one day. I two issues. First, I had a Costco Coupon which provided a 15% discount parts and services discount that was not fully covered. I was told that the maximum was $150. However, Costco has told me that the maximum should be $500. So, they will likely follow-up with your dealership. Second, I had been service in July with transmission work and asked fore full inspection before paying the cost. I was told that everything was solid for a car with these miles. I was also told that the brakes could wait for at least 5000 miles. This time I was told that brakes were required and that other major services were needed. I went ahead and did the brakes, but was concerned that I had gotten two stories. The other work, I will have schedule in the future. Overall, it was a good experience, just a bit confusing on the coupon and the need for future services. More
