Be careful if you buy a certified pre owned vehicle. The checklist that they are supposed to complete was incomplete. Only 1 key fob, no floor mats, and no owners manual. When I brought this up, I had The checklist that they are supposed to complete was incomplete. Only 1 key fob, no floor mats, and no owners manual. When I brought this up, I had to spend 3 hours of my day to come back in and have them code the second key fob and install floor mats. I still have no owner's manual even though it was on the checklist and they said they'd get one for me. I have called and texted many times. No response. I was told we also get free oil changes but was ignored when i inquired if I need a voucher. Very disappointing. More

I was a little early for a service appointment and was met by an expeditious individual who mentioned the service advisor would be right out to meet me.
