Good day, we had general service a few months back. It was recommended we do a brake job and put tires on. At the time, we could only afford one or the other. We chose breaks. A special on tires came up via email. 4 for the price of 3 with an alignment. we chose to make an appointment for Friday Oct. 14th 9:20AM. Assuming we had an appointment the wait time would be minimal. Not the case. Wait time was going to be 3-4 hours. as it turned out, it would have been closer to 7 hours as my wife had me pick her up at the dealership and we got a call around 3:30 that the vehicle was ready. all was good except the wait time. No one ever mentioned that long a wait. With an appointment, we feel this wait time is not acceptable. Thanks for your time. Edgar and Jan Massoletti More
