Rom Service Advisor at Auto Nation is absolutely amazing I am in from out of town had service done at another Honda dealership and during my trip I knew something wasn’t right with the car brought it right I am in from out of town had service done at another Honda dealership and during my trip I knew something wasn’t right with the car brought it right into ROM at AutoNation within five minutes He knew exactly what was wrong. Joseph listened to me and clearly understood I was there only for an oil change. He quoted the special that was being offered. He also managed my expectations stating my wait would be 1.5 hours - which I only for an oil change. He quoted the special that was being offered. All in all the service was performed, Joseph was understanding, BUT I arrived at 127p and left at 330p. That is unacceptable for a simple oil change! I expected to be in and out. I would recommend this center but suggest having a clear understanding of the length of wait before making your decision. More
