I appreciate the attention to details and the patient answering of my questions. I have been a customer since 2010. Honda on Thornton Rd has done an excellent job of helping me keep my cars in excellent answering of my questions. I have been a customer since 2010. I was not happy because I was told I would be charged $170.00 for a diagnostic fee when in fact they take your car back and come back with everything you need to have done. When I asked for the technician that worked on my car, I was told she had left for a dental appt! And I had questions. I spent $780.63 for things they said I needed to have repaired/replaced and the issue was NOT fixed! More
