Sales Manager was too aggressive, almost left and not close the deal, but I liked Andre because he called me immediately once the car I wanted came in on the truck. The sales manager needs to work on his close the deal, but I liked Andre because he called me immediately once the car I wanted came in on the truck. The sales manager needs to work on his delivery, demeanor, persuasive skills without being a haggler. Furthermore, the financing guy did not communicate with me on which financing company I desired, he said he chose the lowest interest; but he did not slow me or communicate with me. I’ve owned 3 Hondas and never once have I stayed in a dealership more than an hour, I was there 4 hours and shared my disappointment More

I always take my car for service at AutoNation where I bought it. The only thing I missed was periodic status update (1 at least) from technician Brayan Sredzin, albeit he is a very respectful gentleman, bought it. dealership staff were very pleasant through service took a little time the surround were clean well maintained -and my experience was overall very good. Virgie, Dino, and Michael took the time to answer all my questions and were all a pleasure to work with. They took the time to try to locate the vehicle in the color of my first choice.
