Sales Manager was too aggressive, almost left and not close the deal, but I liked Andre because he called me immediately once the car I wanted came in on the truck. The sales manager needs to work on his close the deal, but I liked Andre because he called me immediately once the car I wanted came in on the truck. The sales manager needs to work on his delivery, demeanor, persuasive skills without being a haggler. Furthermore, the financing guy did not communicate with me on which financing company I desired, he said he chose the lowest interest; but he did not slow me or communicate with me. I’ve owned 3 Hondas and never once have I stayed in a dealership more than an hour, I was there 4 hours and shared my disappointment More
