Once, the maintenance was completed by the mechanic. The person who checked me out was Ram Garcha, Service Advisor. He was very polite, kind, and very informative regarding what services I well need for my next maintenance. Also, I would like to say I really appreciated throughout the time my car was being serviced by the mechanic Korrin kept me informed by letting me know when my car would be ready. My experience at the Lithia Springs AutoNation Honda has been exceptionally😊! More

I first went to this dealer to get a diagnostic test on my car. The representative was very helpful, gave me some tips to help alleviate the problem, and advised me to return for the rest if things did no my car. The representative was very helpful, gave me some tips to help alleviate the problem, and advised me to return for the rest if things did not improve. I appreciated his helpfulness and honesty. I returned to do the diagnostic a few weeks later for my own peace of mind. The diagnostic was done and a few maintenance issues were identified, but nothing as serious as my fear of a transmission problem. The representatives were professional and kept me abreast of the progress while I waited. Also, I feel that I can trust their recommendations. More
