First meeting of the folks in maintenance department when you bring your car in for service does not give the customer a good feeling. It seems the whole attitude in the maintenance department is you’re interrupting me can’t you see I’m busy and not respective of the customer and they could do a much better job. Times are tough currently at the end of 2021 moving into 2022 with the supply chain as erratic as it has been in past decades. This causing a microchip shortage has pushed vehicle production to a crawl. I 2022 with the supply chain as erratic as it has been in past decades. This causing a microchip shortage has pushed vehicle production to a crawl. I purchased a 2022 Civic in December 2021…..it arrived late February 2022. Aggravating for me, yes, but I understand the economy, supply chain, and logistics causing the delays. The folks I worked with at Autonation Honda did a great job keeping me informed as to the delivery date and post delivery service insuring the vehicle was/is as perfect as possible. I will be returning for vehicle servicing and possible future purchase. Thank you all! More
