All things considered, it was a good experience. I would recommend them to my friends and family. I was disappointed by not receiving some of the usual niceties one receives in a professional environment, recommend them to my friends and family. I was disappointed by not receiving some of the usual niceties one receives in a professional environment, for example, introductions (is this not done in an auto dealership?), eye contact while talking, and attention to detail. With one exception, unless I asked first, no one offered their name. The finance guy barely made eye contact with me, making for a rather impersonal experience, and the delivery team forgot a few things. But, I have to mention that Jackie Jackson made up for some of these oversights. And John (a tall and bald gentleman whose last name I don't know) was very pleasant and quite helpful. More
I called and was told to just go in and also I didn’t need an appointment to get my radio reset. Which turns out they were not able to do. Amber sent me away with the wrong code and a phone number and b need an appointment to get my radio reset. Which turns out they were not able to do. Amber sent me away with the wrong code and a phone number and basically told me to do it myself. I then had an issue with my battery so I decided to purchase a new battery. However I couldn’t understand why It took two and a half hours to replace the battery. That was ridiculous and I was not happy with the service that was provided that day. More
I couldn't be more pleased with the attitude or the buying process with the Autonation team and especially Jena and Marco. They worked very hard and very politely to answer any question and work with m buying process with the Autonation team and especially Jena and Marco. They worked very hard and very politely to answer any question and work with me throughout the buying process but never once pressured me or tried to upsell something I didn't need. They did a great job in my opinion to make the buying process pleasant. Yep, I said pleasant and I know buying a new car and the word pleasant aren't normally used in the same sentence. I would happily recommend them to anyone. More
