Easy vehicle check-in and drop-off for requested services in the early AM with all repairs completed by close of business on the same day. The only negative is that I requested that someone give me a quote o in the early AM with all repairs completed by close of business on the same day. The only negative is that I requested that someone give me a quote on the trade-in value for the vehicle since I'm in the market for getting a new car - especially with me receiving an email that morning about coming in to take a look at my car to make a firm offer to buy back a quality used vehicle. Maybe my car doesn't classify as a quality used vehicle but a response would have been nice all the same. All in all, no major complaints with the services provided. More

Terrible Experience. I bought my car off and was due a refund from my service warranty and Gap insurance. I went physically to the dealer multiple times, tried contacting corporate multiple times. Calle refund from my service warranty and Gap insurance. I went physically to the dealer multiple times, tried contacting corporate multiple times. Called the dealer multiple times. Spent a lot of time and never got anything back. They wouldn't even tell me how much I was getting back. More

This dealer made me feel like I was bothering them, checking on my car they had an ENTIRE day. Customer service needs work. Communication encouraged! And when I picked up my car, I had new problems! The salesman worked with me and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Finance Department misled warranty information. He added over $5000 to the price agreement. This was finally corrected. We had to take the new vehicle back to the dealership for an upgrade. When purchasing new seat covers, remember to request for the middle console and door panels to be the same as the seats. This process was a nightmare. Finally got that straightened out. The dealership was nice to loan a vehicle for each time the new car was in for upgrade. The first car loaned had a flat tire and the second time the loaner car only one headlight. I finally got my new car back and after buying 2 new vehicles from this dealership in the last 4 years, I can say I will definitely be working with other dealerships. My last purchase here was very stressful. I will be driving a little further down the road for regular maintenance for my new car. More
