Waited 7 months for new Ridgeline. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent Delivery had issues. Although I was specific in my desire for no dealer added options I had to fight to ha throughout the process was inconsistent Delivery had issues. Contacted by dealer after returning home noting that I received an incorrect key for my new vehicle. Requested they send it. Now 6 days later I still don’t have it They tell me they overnighted it but could not supply tracking number. More

I recently purchased a Honda Accord EXL after looking at multiple dealerships across three states. None of the other dealerships that I interacted with had people like Maurice and Jena. Ultimate professi multiple dealerships across three states. None of the other dealerships that I interacted with had people like Maurice and Jena. Ultimate professionals. Maurice stayed on top of the deal, answering all questions that I had and doing so in a professional manner. Jena followed up as well and was a pleasure to deal with and ultimately sealed the deal. I can honestly say that this was the best car buying experience I have had. If you need a car, talk to Maurice and Jena. They will work with you and make your experience enjoyable.
