The service department techs do an excellent job! If you want to call them with a question or setup an appointment, generally they don't answer the phone. You have to drive to the dealership to get answer t want to call them with a question or setup an appointment, generally they don't answer the phone. I was told last time to email them with these questions so I will try that next time but they should answer their phones. I would go try Honda another dealership if there was one close by. More

The service is horrible! I asked if they can check the starter on my car with my oil change and I was told it would be $90! just to check it… I have been going there to get an oil change FOR YEARS because starter on my car with my oil change and I was told it would be $90! just to check it… I have been going there to get an oil change FOR YEARS because my car is a 2010, the VERY LEAST they can do is a courtesy check for me… They are NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!
